Shandong Province's 'One Enterprise, One Technology' R&D center is organized and evaluated by the Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, aiming at building a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body, market-oriented and industry-university-research combination, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promoting major breakthroughs in common technologies and key technologies of advanced manufacturing and emerging industries. In the selection, The Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprieses mainly inspect the strength level of R&D institutions, personnel, facilities, investment and results transformation of enterprises, and have unique and original core technology with independent intellectual property rights in the same industry in the province.

It is mainly engaged in rubber dam, airbag support dam (gas shield dam) and ultra-wide industrial special rubber belt products. The high-tech enterprise integrating design, construction, installation and service has been selected as one of the ‘Top 100 Innovation Capabilities of High-tech Enterprises in Shandong Province’.

The 450-meter long gas shield dam of Shanxi Yangling is the longest gas shield dam in Asia currently in use.
